Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

We currently ship to selected countries and regions where delivery service is available.

Shipping availability, delivery time, and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product availability, and local logistics conditions.

If your shipping address is located in a remote area, additional delivery time may be required.

TUOWEE LIGHT is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

TUOWEE LIGHT is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, or local clearance procedures.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged packages, please provide photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you more efficiently.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, reshipment, or other support depending on the situation.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs, return fees, or reshipment fees.

Refunds for returned packages, if applicable, may exclude original shipping fees and any costs charged by the carrier.

10. Multiple Shipments

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
